26.5-acre master planned, mixed-use development. Lady Ada Blvd. and infrastructure constructed by Emery Stephen Holdings Corp. (Canada). Anchor pad sold to Future Inns in May 2005, for a 130-unit four-star hotel. Subsequent sales have included two 3 and 5 acre sites for two $12,000,000 medical office buildings completed in 2011 and 2012. Last lot sold in 2014.
